I did not like that I had to approach the pool staff if I needed to order food since they would not come up to me. Also the phone in my room did not work. They could reach me, but I could not reach them.

The breakfast buffet offered MANY options. The poolside lunch choices were really good!!! I even found vegan dessert options. Juice smoothies were so refreshing. I had one every day. The room was cleaned twice daily, and staff changed towels without any requests. It, as I returned to a tidy room after evenings out.
The loud music at the pool went on from afternoon until evening.

The main pool was very large. The valet parking included was among the best I have experienced. Breakfast was amazing with great quality and plenty of options. Access to Cala Gració is close by, and the beach is beautiful.
After check out, I got an email charging for minibar items I did not use, and they insisted otherwise.

The room was modern and clean. I slept well because the room was also quiet. The hotel offers effective isolation, ensuring outside music is not audible when windows are closed.
